Diversity and Inclusion Ending the corporate culture of white privilege

Many corporations are realizing that they have fallen prey to white privilege and African-American small businesses are being left out of the playing field. Most minority companies feel they don’t have a chance at getting government or state contracts and many are not even prepared for the bid. BUT, we are seeing a change with the diversity and inclusion initiatives.
