b. Package the Product: Safely pack the product in its original packaging or a secure package to prevent damage during transit. Include all accessories, manuals, and any freebies that came with the product.

c. Attach RAN: Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package. Packages without a valid RAN may experience processing delays.

d. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

3. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain products are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons or being personalized/customized.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
